The location was great. It was close to downtown. The front desk staff were helpful.

The shower was poorly designed. It lacked proper enclosure, so the entire bathroom floor got wet when I showered. It was quite annoying.

The check-in was easy. I was very happy with the room size. The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of choices. It offered fruit and healthy options. The bus stop was right across the street and it was very convenient.

The room doors were very noisy. They banged. The hotel needs to install quiet door closers.

overall a solid option

helpful staff perfect location poor heating weak pressure

the staff were always helpful and very engaging. the hotel's location is excellent. it is close to downtown and also near public transport. i found it super convenient.

my room felt quite cold after i arrived, and it took some time for the heating to start working. the shower was also a bit disappointing. the water pressure was not great.
